Story:

"There are over 300 bank robberies in Boston every year. And a one-square-mile neighborhood in Boston, called Charlestown, has produced more bank and armored car robbers than anywhere in the U.S. One of them is Doug MacRay (Ben Affleck), but he is not cut from the same cloth as his fellow thieves. Unlike them, Doug had a chance at success, a chance to escape following in his father's criminal footsteps. Instead he became the leader of a crew of ruthless bank robbers, who pride themselves on taking what they want and getting out clean. How do I return an item?

The cost of shipping to return a product you no longer need will be paid for by the person returning the product and will require a Returns Authorization (RA) number.

I have received my item but it's damaged / faulty. What should I do?

If your item has arrived damaged or is faulty, we will make this right as soon as possible, either by sending a replacement item to you or refunding your account. If we ask for the item to be returned to us, then GRUV.com will pay for the cost of the return via a pre-paid label. In the unlikely event that your order is received damaged or faulty, all you need to do is contact us and we will provide the relevant returns information.

I have received an item that I didn’t order?

If you received an item that you did not order, you can return it to us for a full refund or replacement. If we ask for the item to be returned to us, then GRUV.com will pay for the cost of the return via a pre-paid label.

When will I receive my refund/replacement?

We will process your refund / replacement as soon as your item is received back into our warehouse. Replacements are subject to availability and, if not available, a refund will be given instead.
